These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Zenvytech Technologies LTD ("we", "us", "CorperLove") governing your use of the CorperLove mobile application and related services (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you accept and agree to these Terms.

You retain ownership of the photos, messages, profile text, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content to CorperLove, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content solely as necessary to operate the App and the services you've requested (for example, showing your profile to potential matches).
You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant us this licence and that Your Content does not violate the rights of any third party.
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:
You can report inappropriate content or behaviour through the in-app report flow. You can also block other users from contacting or seeing your profile.
CorperLove offers paid premium subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and consumable in-app coins for unlocking specific features (super-likes, boosts, etc.). All payments are processed by Paystack; we do not store your card or bank details.
Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) inclusive of any applicable taxes. By purchasing, you authorise Paystack to charge the payment method you provide.
If you purchase a recurring subscription, it renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel from the Premium screen in the App.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by Nigerian consumer protection law. Coins, once purchased, are non-refundable and have no cash value. If you believe a charge was made in error or you have an exceptional circumstance, contact us at support@corperlove.com.
CorperLove provides verification, reporting, and blocking tools to help keep the community safe. However, we do not conduct background checks on users and we are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the App. Use common sense when meeting other users in person. Meet in public places, tell a friend, and trust your instincts. The App includes a Safety Check-In feature designed to help with this.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App or by emailing support@corperlove.com. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if:
On termination, your right to use the App ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including content licence for content already shared, indemnities, liability limits, dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defect will be corrected. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, a relationship, or any specific outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, in no event will Zenvytech Technologies LTD, its officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) ₦20,000.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zenvytech Technologies LTD and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your use of the App, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria. Before bringing a formal claim, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute by good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Continuing to use the App after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, you may stop using the App and delete your account.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
